Director's Note
This is a story about systems, power dynamics, and the body, told from a child's perspective. The film revolves around the central act of a "boy dressing in women's clothing for the choir," unfolding a narrative about the struggle for control over the body. An innocent child, under the structural pressure of the collective, passively surrenders his bodily sovereignty. In other words, the boy is confronted with the "collective demand for him to change gender." However, in the final moment, through his first serious choice regarding his gender, he actively draws the line between collective rights and individual rights.
