Director's Note

This isn’t a story about good versus evil — it’s a raw, violent poem for the so-called “useless.”

The film follows a group of teens cast aside by society, labeled as worthless, as they struggle to find meaning amid violence, betrayal, and indifference. With nowhere to belong, they crash through life, reckless and angry. When a typhoon barrels down from the sky and other brews inside them, they must choose: fight, flee, or simply survive.

Amid the chaos, there are fleeting, dirty, yet oddly beautiful images — a safety hammer hidden in Rat’s underwear, trash bags drifting like lost kites, bubble gum wrappers gleaming in the dim light of a car. In these grimy fragments, a sliver of hope flickers.

For Rat, it’s not the typhoon outside that matters most — it’s the fragile, crumbling shelter he still dares to call home.

This film doesn’t promise redemption. It invites the audience to witness survival as defiance, in a world that refuses to care.
